I'm Kate, hampshire based mixed media artist and teacher of creatives
A lifelong creative I have always experimented with different art forms and mediums, finally specialising in mixed media landscape painting.
Based in the beautiful Hampshire countryside I take inspiration from the wonderful scenery I am surrounded by, including country and coast. I am drawn to the fluid movement and colours of my local vistas and this has very much shaped the distinctive style of my current work.
Alongside painting I also teach creative workshops including glass fusing and oil and wax at my working studio in Hook, North Hampshire.
My studio and gallery hosts a curated collection of fine art, fused glass, needlework, and other contemporary craft items, and I am always on hand to provide guidance and support in a warm and approachable environment.
