Kids Make A Zipped Bag Workshop

Come along and learn some fun and useful sewing skills while making your very own small zipped bag! You can choose to make a cute make-up bag or a handy pencil case, perfect for taking home and using every day.

During the workshop, children will learn how to:

• Cut out a simple fabric pattern

• Understand and sew neat seams

• Learn how to insert a zip

• Use a sewing machine safely and confidently

Fabric will be supplied, so all you need to bring is your sewing machine. If you don’t have one, you can book one of our sewing machines to use during the workshop, please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use one of ours.

This is a fun and practical introduction to sewing, with plenty of guidance and encouragement along the way. No previous experience necessary.
