Paper Flower Sculpture with Elaine McAllister

Celebrate the beauty of the natural world in this hands-on paper sculpture workshop with Hampshire-based paper artist Elaine McAllister.

Inspired by the delicate, understated elegance of hellebores, often known as the winter rose, you’ll explore how paper can be transformed into intricate botanical forms. Experiment with shaping, layering and assembling petals to capture the unique character and sculptural qualities of these beautiful seasonal blooms.

Guided by Elaine’s artistic expertise, you’ll develop new making skills while exploring the relationship between material, form and nature.

Perfect for beginners, flower lovers and those curious to try this fascinating medium, this workshop offers a chance to slow down, embrace the art of making by hand and create your own everlasting paper hellebore to take home.
